Our home suited and artistic GYM is open to Students
and Staff of Hekima College and to Jesuits around Nairobi and all those
who grace our home in their visits. Karibuni!
Why Come to the GYM? How much should one Train?
Like so many other good things in life, training is, and ought to remain, relatively simple. Train the whole body hard. Stop once you've done enough. Rest, eat well and stay psychologically attuned to your developmental goal. That is all you need. Do it, and success is assured.
For a flexible and toned body, once in a while aerobics
will give you that desired shape of body. Remember, it is not only your
body that receives the attention, but your brain too. Aerobics helps your
blood circulation thus making your brain have more oxygen. Your skin too
will always release all the toxins and will leave you looking ten years
younger. So why wait?
Always keep it simple (Kis). Use basic exercises for each body part unless you are better than others, or unless you beat others at contests, you have little to be proud of.
Whenever you are in doubt, don't hesitate to get assistance from the GYM assistants. The work is hard, but the method is, as it always has been, simple.
