MASTER OF ARTS DEGREE

For admission into the Master of Arts in Peace Studies and International Relations Degree programme, candidates must satisfy  the following requirements:

  1. Have a university degree from a recognized university with a good standing ,with a minimum of second – class honours,Upper Division or its equivalent.
  2. Be fluent in spoken and written English with proficiency   in one of the following(French recommended) before  graduation.This can be fulfilled through a recognized language centre.
  3. Present two letters of recommendation.
  4. Present evidence of financial of assurance

POST-GRADUATES DIPLOMA

The following are the criteria of admission into the post-graduate diploma Programme at the Hekima Institute of Peace Studies and International Relations:

  1. Candidates Must have a University degree or its equivalent from a recognised university.
  2. Be sufficiently fluent in spoken and written English.
  3. Present evidence of financial assurance.

CERTIFICATE

The folowing are the criteria of admission into the Certificate Programme at the Hekima Institute of Peace Studies and International Relations:

  1. Have completed secondary education with a mean grade C in kenya,or a grade allowing him/her to join a tertiary college elsewhere.
  2. Have sufficient knowledge of the English language to be able to participate in the courses.
